Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To study the curative effect of aspirin combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure. Methods A total of 84 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure who were diagnosed and treated in Henan Electric Power Hospital from August 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets, and the observation group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with ticagrelor. The differences in curative effect, echocardiographic indexes, coagulation function, myocardial enzyme spectrum, heart failure markers, and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), Tei index, creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CK-MB), high-sensitivity cardiac troponin I (hs-cTnI) and N terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was significantly increased, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were all statistically significant (P < 0.05); there was no significant difference in prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and platelet (Plt) between the two groups (P > 0.05); There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Aspirin combined with ticagrelor can significantly improve cardiac function, coagulation function, myocardial enzyme spectrum and heart failure markers in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure, and its efficacy is better.
